Easy Like Sunday Morning

Sunday mornings in our house are for snuggles, coffee on the couch, and a yummy breakfast. It’s the one day a week where life slows down and we’re able to put all our focus on family. We enjoy this for hours until we realize we’ve waited until the last minute to dress for church, causing us to rush out the door.
This morning I decided to make a Cinnamon Roll Bake because it’s super cold outside and that most definitely calls for a warm, homemade meal. The recipe is super easy and is made up of ingredients you most likely already have in your home. If you don’t have all the makings, I encourage you to grab the next time you’re at the store, because this is not something you want to miss out on!
Cinnamon Roll Bake
Bread:
2 Cans Biscuit Dough
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1 Cup Melted Butter
1 Cup Brown Sugar
Icing:
2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
Splash of milk (I used skim)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Directions:
•Cut the biscuit dough into quarter pieces. •Mix together sugar and Cinnamon.
•Dip the dough pieces in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place dough into pan [pictured]. Make sure the pan is large enough to hold contents when the mixture expands while baking.
•Mix melted butter and brown sugar and pour all over the dough.
•Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
•Let sit for about 10 minutes before drizzling the icing on top.
